Ruslan KD, a Christian YouTuber of Armenian descent, was a refugee from Baku, Azerbaijan, before moving to the U.S. He started his YouTube channel in the mid-2010s, which has grown into a popular platform for discussions on faith, lifestyle, and music. Known for his insightful commentary on Christian living, culture, and personal development, Ruslan is also a speaker, author, and advocate for godly ambition. His mission is to encourage, empower, and inspire people to live a life that blesses God.

Dr. Tim Elmore is founder and CEO of Growing Leaders, an Atlanta‐based non‐profit organization created to develop emerging leaders. His work grew out of 20 years of serving alongside Dr. John C. Maxwell. Elmore has appeared in The Wall Street Journal, the Washington Post, USA Today, Psychology Today, and he’s been featured on CNN’s Headline News, Fox Business, Newsmax TV and Fox and Friends to talk about leading multiple generations in the marketplace. Brent Beshore is the founder and CEO of Permanent Equity, which he established in 2007 after beginning his career as an entrepreneur and operator. He leads the firm’s efforts in working with investors, operators, and evaluating new investment opportunities.

Brent serves on the boards of several companies, including Air-Cert, Mediacross, Pacific Air Industries, Rylee + Cru, Scratchmade, Selective Search, and 10TH Street Talent.

Outside of work, he and his wife, Dr. Erica Beshore, are raising their three daughters and sons in Joplin, MIssouri while actively participating in church activities. In his free time, he enjoys competitive tennis and, on occasion, some “bad” golf.

Vineet is the co-founder and CEO of Forte, Marine combat veteran, and sought after expert in mental fitness, business, and leadership.  Vineet has raised millions of dollars to democratize mental health access through the creation of Forte - the fastest growing mental fitness platform helping thousands of employees persevere through the daily challenges of life. Jeff is the founder and president of Tin Man Co. His passion is investing deeply and personally in the lives of leaders and the organizations they lead. For decades, Jeff has been a trusted friend, guide, and mentor to c-suite executives, elite athletes (college, professional and Olympic), coaches, musicians, pastors, and non-profit leaders. He is also a licensed professional therapist and an in-demand communicator and small group facilitator (YPO Forum retreats and executive leadership teams). Jeff’s own story is what brings him to the work of Tin Man. Married to Brenda for 35 years, Jeff is the father of 6 and the grandpa of three. Home for Jeff and Brenda is Nashville, TN.

Sam earned a degree in Biblical Studies from Southwestern AG University. As an ordained minister, he served in student, young adult, and worship ministries. In 2010, Sam became one of three founding pastors of a church plant. For twelve years, Sam collaborated to set the vision, spiritual formation, and direction of the church. While in full-time pastoral ministry, Sam witnessed firsthand people’s need for biblical counseling because it addressed the wholistic needs of each person. He realized his gifting and passion for wholistic soul care, the crux of Christian discipleship. Sam believed so strongly in the power of biblical counseling, he decided to participate more pointedly in the biblical counseling arm of pastoral ministry. 

Sam and his wife, Audrey, and their five young children have lived in McKinney, Texas for over a decade. Sam and Audrey love the community of McKinney and have enjoyed putting down roots here. They are deeply invested in seeking the good of their city and the flourishing of those around them.
