KINSMEN: Summit
"KINSMEN: Summit is neither a conference nor a retreat. It's an intentional gathering marked by presence, proximity, and embodiment. The speakers, sessions, and dialogue often centers on our faith, our identity as sons and fathers, and the vocational work to which we've been called. As a result, we have carefully planned a meaningful and intentional 2.5 days. But what will make this gathering memorable—as we've learned over the past couple of years—will be realized and experienced in the moment.
You'll just need to be there to find out."
We curate deep conversations for men; through publishing, podcasting, and intentional gatherings.
Read Our Story
In recent months, we've revisited many of the core statements, phrases, words, and language that guides KINSMEN. Through this dialogue we've had with our closest friends and team, we've delved further into the why of our organizational vision and mission.
And through it, we've emerged with deeper clarity on the unique role this organization fulfills in our community and elsewhere. As you explore the pages on our site, I'd encourage you to read through our vision, because our hope is that it'll soon be yours as well. Also, be sure to read the KINSMEN creed, we've established these words as an audible staple before each of our Table gatherings.
We've also added Words We Use and Why which provide additional context and meaningful commentary for the words we often use in and through our organization and in our community. They're words that when used together, help form a cohesive narrative of the lives we men aspire to live out in discipleship with one another.
Lastly, there's a new phrase we'll be using often, Brotherhood Redeemed. In short, it's how I'd describe the work of our organization, our one-liner if you will. And It means this, it's God's intended design for how we live in community.
More to come on this in the future, so thank you for joining in.
